Getting Ready...
Katelyn and Kyle's wedding took place at the Peacock Road Family Farm in Laingsburg, MI. We photographed Katelyn and her bridesmaids got ready in the Schoolhouse while Kyle got ready in the Sugar Shack. Once the two were ready we were able to capture a very special moment between them as they shared a first look. It was such a sweet moment when Kyle swept his bride up in his arms. We then captured a second look between Kyle, Katelyn and Daphne, their little girl.
The Ceremony...
Katelyn and Kyle had a beautiful outdoor ceremony at The Amphitheater which is ringed with tall pine trees, making it a very cozy atmosphere for the bride, groom and their guests. After the ceremony, the newly married couple took a "honeymoon" tractor ride through the property with Farmer Ed. We got a few more photos of the bride and groom and their bridal party before heading off to the reception.
The Party...
The Event Barn is an absolutely picturesque venue, conveniently located within 100 ft. of the ceremony cite. Katelyn and Kyle were introduced by our Limelight Wedding Dj and they entered with a roaring applause from their guests! The couple hit the floor for their first dance and that was followed with toasts and a fantastic buffet dinner. The bride and groom shared a dance with their parents for father-daughter and mother-son dances. We wrapped up the evening by taking a few more fun photos of the stunning couple around the property.
