Getting Ready...
This was a beautiful wedding at the Peacock Road Family Farm in Laingsburg, MI. We photographed Elizabeth and her bridesmaids got ready in the Schoolhouse while Micheal got ready in the Sugar Shack. Once the two were ready we were able to capture a very special moment between them as they shared a first look.
The Ceremony...
Elizabeth and Micheal had a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the woods located next to the Vermillion Creek. After the ceremony, the newly married couple took a "honeymoon" tractor ride through the property with Farmer Ed. Elizabeth is the grandchild of Farmer Ed, making this moment extra special. We got a few more photos of the bride and groom and their bridal party before heading off to the reception.
The Party...
The Event Barn is an absolutely picturesque venue. Elizabeth and Micheal were introduced by our Limelight Wedding Dj and they entered with a roaring applause from their guests! The couple hit the floor for their first dance and that was followed by the cake cutting and toasts to the newly weds. The bride and groom shared a dance with their parents for father-daughter and mother-son dances.
