There are a few things to keep in mind when selecting a photo booth vendor. One of these would be the response time of the vendor. A great vendor that is interested in working with you will typically respond within 24 hours. If you're really interested in this vendor, don't hesitate to give them a follow-up call.
Another thing to keep in mind is the deposit amount. Depending on the deposit price, do not pay more than half of the overall cost. Typically, the deposit should be no more than $200 to reserve their services on your special day.
The most important thing to remember is to get a signed contract for not only your records, but for the vendor's records as well. This allows both of you to have the agreement and make sure that all of the regulations and guidelines are being followed.
Your wedding night will be even more fun once you have added the perfect photo booth to your reception. It isn't a scary process, as long as you try and stick to guidelines such as these. Your guests will have a ton of fun and will be talking about your reception for quite some time. Make sure to interview each vendor and ask any questions that you may have.
